Original Character Profiles / Arcane Fire

Name: Arcane Fire
Race: Unicorn
Gender: Male (Stallion)
Age: Full grown Stallion (27-30 in equivalence of human years)
Physical Description: A bulky (I should say fat), tall stallion, black short hair, hazelnut eyes and bluish gray fur. He's taller than the average stallion, but still slightly smaller than the princesses. He normally wears a silver armor over his body, replacing the helmet for a white hood that obscure his face. His muzzle is squared and sharp, having some facial hair in the form of a light beard, but sometimes he shave it if he didn't feel lazy. His black tail is short as custom among guards and soldiers. His cutie mark is a red flame forming a weird figure.
Special Talent: His talent is magic, but specialized on pyromancy. His skills, however doesn't stop there.
Likes: He likes the most refined foods, entertainment and... Who am I kidding? He likes pancakes, hayburguers and fries, epic modern music and comic books, mares (We don't forget the ladies), swords, war axes and magic books.
Dislikes: Lies, hypocrisy and procrastination. He hates specially procrastination if he himself is doing it.
Strengths: Fire based magic, knowledge of some magical artifacts, a proficient axe wielder. Good physical strength (Little above average) due to his (very) big body and military training (He's a fatso).
Weaknesses: NONE!!! Except perhaps, he's a pyromaniac, his tendency to procrastinate when he doesn't have anything to do... which he dislikes the most, somehow lazy in the mornings, forgetful sometimes, sometimes daydreaming about Celestia talking to him and praising his work. The worst part is that he knows these stuff... and he doesn't know how to deal with his feelings, yet! (<- What?)
Fears: He fears nothing!!! Except spiders... not the small ones, the REALLY BIG ones. Even if he kills them with fire, he FEARS them to death. Also he fears loosing his friends, comics and/or his platonic love.
Bio: A Canterlotian, son of medium class parents and a stallion with a platonic love, or something like that, with PRincess Celestia. He's a graduate from Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, with honors (but not the honor of being her protégé; that would be ridiculous), but almost expelled on his first day of school because of a little... incident (He was daydreaming being the personal student and miscast a spell). He soon enrolled as magical assistant into the Royal Guards, until an accident (again, he was daydreaming and misfired a spell) struck his former mentor and superior, leaving him furless and maneless (And very happy after proving a theory.), leaving Arcane Fire in charge of the magical issues the Royal Guard could be assigned (Most of them thinks his boss was kinda crazy by leaving him in charge).
Soon his eccentric demeanor and tactics took the attention of higher ups from the guards and the army, assigning him into a unique (And peculiar) unit, named as "Advance Magical Arctifacts Research and Development" which his purpose is research, seek, secure, classify, restore and save rare, and potentially dangerous, magical artifacts. Due to the dangerous tasks at hand, the expectancy of a member to stay in the unit is low, so much low, his earnings are quite good for a magic soldier, and he had stayed record time of three years. (The last one stayed only six months until his fur was lost to a faux wish granting device... yeah, there's a lot of accidents with fur. ._.).
Some rumors says that the unit was developed by the guards and the army to keep at bay troublemakers and misfits between their ranks... Arcane Fire doesn't care about petty rumors.
And... Did I discussed he likes explosives? Good, let's not talk about it; never!

Spells: Firebite, Fireball, Fire Wall, Fire Trap, Shield, Teleport (15 m, and leaves him exhausted), Levitate (No, not flying, actual slow, short-ranged levitation, 5 minutes before running out of magic). Most of them learnt while in the army.
