This seems interesting. I'll get Agilene to join in the party.

Agilene wiped the dirt that accumulated on her feathers and legs as she fell. Afterwards, she turned to Talyserra, "I'm Agilene. I was on my way to the city until this predicament occurred." Adjusting her teal backpack, she looked towards the direction she was headed for, "There is a sale happening in the marketplace, are you aware of it?"

The fallen pegasus let out a soft groan as she lay on her back. Upon sitting up and standing on all fours, the first thing that came to mind was whom she collided with. Agilene turned a bit and noticed an armored bat pony next to her. She soon realized it may be a royal guard, so as if on instinct, she apologized, "I am sorry, ma'am, for I was not aware you were near by."

Agilene, with toast hanging from her mouth, made a hard landing on the ground following behind an armored bat pony whom she did not notice. For once in a long time, she was late for something. The sale at the Canterlot marketplace, where for once her favorite accessories and goods were at a cheap price. As she ran, the light from the sun shined at Agilene's face. She reacted by shutting her eyes. Though her eyes were protected by the bright sunlight, she couldn't see her way forward. This caused Agilene to collide into something - or somepony. She didn't see who or what it was, but it felt like she crashed into something wearing metal.

AGilene watched Lamplight store Nightingale into her bag. She was doubtful whether the bag would be enough to keep her in there, but it seemed it was all Lamplight could do. "Do you think you require assistance? Otherwise, I can leave it all up to you."

Agilene nods in approval of Lamplight letting Nightingale into her inn, "If you feel that would be appropriate shelter, then do as you wish." She turns and looks left and right, figuring out where to go next. "Shall we proceed, then?"

I feel so honored to be the first comment. All of my hard work and dedication has paid off. Getting the top comment has been a dream of mine for many years, and I would like to thank those who have helped me along the way. First and foremost I would like to thank god for giving me this opportunity. Next I would like to thank my parents. I want to thank my cat, Belle, for being really fat and always there for me. I would also like to thank my pet tadpole for surviving against all odds for over a week. Next I would like to thank the squirrel that lives in my backyard for climbing trees because that gives me the inspiration that I need to get through the day. I also want to think Steve Jobs for giving me someone to beat in Mario Party. This is a special moment in my life, and I would like to thank any of my unmentioned friends and family that have helped me along the way. This moment will be a moment that I will never forget. I just remembered a few other people i would like to thank; notjustok.com, the fish I caught in the third grade, my light in my room because I wouldn’t be able to see the keyboard without it, the internet for letting me go on notjustok.com, my house because without it i would be homeless, and last but not least I would like to thank all the people out there that actually took time out of their day to read this. I cannot stress how much of a big deal to me this is. I have been trying to be the first comment on a post for years, but that has not been possible until this amazing day. Hopefully my good luck will continue, but this is undoubtedly a rare occasion. If you asked me how I did this, I would say, you can achieve anything you set your mind on. To all the kids out there reading this, I would like to tell them to follow their dreams. Being the top comment is amazing. Thank you, everyone.

A cold breeze blows past the three ponies, causing Agilene to shiver lightly for a short moment. "It would be wrong to leave her out here in the middle of the town alone at this hour." She turns to face Nightingale attempting to crawl away. "Perhaps the best course of action is to return her to this orphanage, despite her feelings towards it. Tell me, little one, what is wrong with where you are staying?"

"I am Agilene," she responded. Looking at Lamplight's interaction with Nightingale, she was glad someone else is here to ease the filly. Still, Agilene was saddened that it was her that made Nightingale cry. At this point, she did not know how else to resolve the situation. The only thing that came to mind was finding out where Nightingale lives. "Perhaps I can lead you home. Do you know where you live?" Agilene asked the filly.

The disappearance of the creature had made Agilene release a relaxed, but quiet breath. But the next thing that came up was a crying filly in front of her. This was something she should have expected, especially with the magical struggles Nightingale showed earlier. Agilene was not prepared, however, and now she has to figure out how to comfort the filly.

Unfortunately, due to Agilene's lack of experience with children, she stood still in her spot, watching Lamplight do the comforting. "Do you know this little one?" Agilene asked Lamplight.

Agilene noticed Nightingale's uncomfortable expressions. It appeared to her that the filly was feeling pain as she used magic. Agilene was about to comment until she found the dragon wrapping itself around her body. Her heart continued to race as she watched it surround her. Clearly, there was no way out. Agilene stayed as still as she could, thinking that a single movement would encourage the creature to go on the attack.

Another aspect of the filly she spotted was her shimmering coat. Was there more to this little one than meets the eye? Agilene had to find out. Before she did so, however, her eyes turned to Lamplight who had asked a question she did not know how to answer. "Just hide somewhere safe," was all Agilene could say before turning her attention back to Nightingale. "You do realize you can stop whenever you want, correct? Perhaps we can talk about this like how civilized ponies do." Judging by the filly's current attitude, Agilene was not sure if she would respond politely.

With a nod, Agilene agreed with Marked's opinion. However, the idea of Rumina's parents getting "axed" sent a chill down her body, and frightened her to the point where she did not know what to think of it. There were a couple ways to interpret that idea: Non-lethal and lethal. Agilene first thought of the lethal way, which would be rather sad for little Rumina and possibly the reader. Despite the feeling she had gotten, her body stayed still as a rock. But her eyes narrowed as the thought stayed in her mind.

"Perhaps if you do want an engaging read, you can take the approach of the parents getting caught. However, you can probably have Rumina attempt to save them from dying, assuming that was what you were implying." Agilene leaned back on her chair, and stared up at the ceiling as she spewed out a couple more ideas, "You can make the journey difficult, thus engaging readers to continue."

Canterlot / Re: An Unauspicious Reopening

As Agilene imagined the Canterlot attractions Roughshod listed out, the sound of the door opening broke her trail of thought. Was it a new customer? Her eyes darted to the bar's entrance. As she expected, a new customer has arrived. A brown unicorn wearing a green army shirt. The pegasus wondered if she had seen this one before. She shrugged, passing him off as one of those look-a-likes that are common with some ponies. Especially that army of look-a-likes she read about during a Royal Wedding a couple years ago.

She faced Roughshod, "It appears we have some company."
